Cre8Virals uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as titles, scripts, thumbnails, and growth analysis.

• Generated content is suggestive, not guaranteed
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated outputs
• Cre8Virals does not guarantee views, subscribers, or monetization
• We are not responsible for any legal, copyright, or platform-policy issues arising from AI-generated content

Cre8Virals may offer a limited free trial or bonus access.

• Free trials are one-time only per user
• Usage limits apply to all plans
• The free trial is valid until usage limits are consumed
• Abuse of trials or bonuses may result in termination

Cre8Virals reserves the right to modify trial availability at any time.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• We do not store payment card or UPI information
• Plan benefits are active only while subscription is active

Pricing, limits, and features may change in the future.

Refunds, if offered, are subject to the policy stated on the pricing or billing page. Unless otherwise stated:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Usage abuse may void refund eligibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Claims arising from use of AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if abuse or misuse of the Service occurs. You may terminate your account at any time.
